Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and analytical Merchandising & Planning professional with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our team in Gurgaon. This role will be instrumental in shaping our product presentation, assortment planning, and visual merchandising strategies within the agrochemical sector, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies for new and existing product lines, focusing on maximizing sales and brand visibility.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for product assortment and visual merchandising improvements.
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Create compelling product displays and planograms that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive purchase intent.
- Manage inventory levels and product flow, optimizing stock for seasonal demands and promotional periods.
- Conduct post-launch analysis of merchandising performance, gathering insights for future strategy refinement.
- Translate design concepts and brand guidelines into effective merchandising solutions for offline and online channels.
