- Collaborate with design, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between product development, inventory availability, and promotional activities.
- Monitor inventory levels across all retail locations and distribution centers, implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and reduce excess inventory.
- Conduct post-season analysis to evaluate performance, identify key learnings, and inform future planning cycles.
- Utilize statistical modeling and quantitative analysis to forecast demand and optimize pricing strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
