Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with a B.Pharma background to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience looking to contribute to the Metals & Mining sector. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications (phone, email, chat) regarding products and services.
Provide accurate information about company offerings, processes, and policies.
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Assist in gathering customer feedback and identifying areas for service improvement.
Leverage B.Pharma knowledge to understand and communicate technical aspects of products, if applicable.
