Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented eCommerce Manager with 1-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online sales, enhance customer experience, and expand our digital footprint within the premium leather goods sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient product presentation.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management on all online sales channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product development) to ensure alignment and successful execution of eCommerce initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
