We are seeking a dynamic and organized Stage Manager to join our growing FMCG team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for a Bachelor of Arts graduate with 1-3 years of experience who is passionate about the fast-paced consumer goods industry. The Stage Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing various operational and project-based activities, ensuring seamless workflow and timely delivery of key initiatives within the FMCG vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the execution of FMCG projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Liaise with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations, supply chain) and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project progression.

Develop and maintain project timelines, track progress, and identify potential roadblocks, proposing timely solutions.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation related to project status and outcomes.

Support the team in organizing events, meetings, and other operational activities as required.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout project lifecycles.
