Camera Operator (1-3 Yrs) role in Telecom / ISP

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Camera Operator with 1-3 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining camera equipment for various internal and external communication needs within our telecom and ISP operations. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, creative vision, and an understanding of broadcast standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate professional video cameras and associated equipment for live events, studio productions, and field shoots.
- Set up and dismantle camera equipment efficiently and safely.
- Ensure optimal camera settings for lighting, focus, and composition.
- Collaborate with the production team to understand project requirements and creative objectives.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of camera equipment.
- Assist with lighting and audio setup as needed.
- Transfer and manage video footage, ensuring proper organization and backup.
- Adhere to broadcast quality standards and company guidelines.
