Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual with a B.Com degree and 1-2 years of experience to join our Production department in Ahmedabad. This role will involve supporting various operational and administrative functions within the production unit, contributing to efficiency and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking production output, inventory levels, and material usage.
- Support the preparation of production reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly summaries.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material availability and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and data entry into relevant systems.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest operational enhancements.
- Liaise with quality control teams to ensure adherence to standards.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and areas for cost optimization.
- Support the production planning and scheduling activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the production area.
