We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Animation Director with a B.Pharma background to lead our animation projects within the sports and leisure sector. This role is ideal for an individual with 3-4 years of experience who can translate complex concepts into visually compelling animated content. You will be responsible for the overall artistic vision and quality of animated productions, ensuring they align with our brand and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire animation production pipeline from concept to final delivery.
- Direct and guide a team of animators, illustrators, and motion graphics artists.
- Develop storyboards, animatics, and style guides for animation projects.
- Ensure animation quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate them into engaging visual narratives.
- Leverage your B.Pharma knowledge to conceptualize and develop scientifically accurate (where applicable) or health-focused animated content for sports-related health and wellness topics.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest animation trends, software, and techniques.
