Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager (B2B) to drive our B2B sales initiatives within a designated territory in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for expanding our market reach and building strong relationships with business clients in the gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and a passion for the gaming sector. A Post Graduate degree is not a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand our customer base in the assigned area.
- Identify and prospect new B2B leads and opportunities within the gaming and related industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key business stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and offer suitable gaming solutions and services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify market trends.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
