Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Assignment Editor with 3-4 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our team in Jaipur. The Assignment Editor will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, developing, and refining educational content and materials that align with Pratham's mission. This role requires a strong understanding of pedagogical principles, visual communication, and project management within the social impact sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop engaging educational assignments, learning materials, and content for various programs, ensuring alignment with Pratham's educational philosophy.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and program managers to translate learning objectives into practical and effective assignments.
- Oversee the design and visual appeal of all learning materials, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and cultural appropriateness.
- Manage the end-to-end assignment creation process, including planning, drafting, review, and finalization, adhering to project timelines.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback on assignments, iterating and improving content based on insights.
- Stay abreast of best practices in educational design, learning technologies, and content development within the NGO sector.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and development of new educational initiatives and content frameworks.
