We are seeking a dedicated and proactive CSR Coordinator/Associate with 3-4 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our dynamic team in Thane. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and executing our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, ensuring alignment with our company's values and strategic objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of social impact, community engagement, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning, development, and implementation of CSR projects and programs across various focus areas (e.g., education, environment, community development).

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external NGOs/partners to ensure successful execution of CSR activities.

Assist in monitoring and evaluating the impact of CSR initiatives, collecting data, and preparing reports for management and regulatory bodies.

Conduct research on relevant social issues and best practices in CSR to identify new opportunities for engagement.

Manage communication and outreach efforts related to CSR activities, including internal and external stakeholder engagement.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all CSR-related activities and expenditures.

Support in organizing volunteer events and employee engagement programs related to CSR.
