The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a strong understanding of basic engineering principles, suitable for individuals with a 12th Pass qualification looking to build a career in industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze refining process parameters to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Support senior engineers in process optimization and efficiency enhancement projects.
- Maintain accurate records of process data, operational logs, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Participate in daily operational meetings and provide updates on process performance.
- Learn and apply new technologies and techniques in refining operations.
