We are seeking a motivated Chemical Engineer with an M.Pharma background and 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Noida. This role involves analyzing and evaluating refining processes within companies that are part of our investment portfolio. You will leverage your pharmaceutical and chemical engineering knowledge to assess operational efficiency, safety, and scalability, contributing to our investment decisions and portfolio company growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical due diligence on potential investments, focusing on refining and chemical processes within target companies.
- Analyze operational data, including yield, purity, energy consumption, and waste generation, to identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate the feasibility and scalability of new refining technologies and processes.
- Assess compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in refining operations.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and present findings to investment teams.
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to implement operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
