We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Refinery Manager to oversee operations at our industrial equipment manufacturing facility in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and managing the day-to-day activities of the refinery section.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all aspects of the refinery operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and production schedules.
• Monitor and control process parameters to optimize yield and product quality.

• Lead and mentor a team of refinery operators and technicians.
