The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and 1-3 years of experience, with a passion for social impact and environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct community needs assessments related to water access and waste management.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions for community members on water conservation and hygiene practices.
Liaise with local authorities, NGOs, and community leaders to build strong partnerships.
Gather feedback from communities regarding the effectiveness and challenges of implemented solutions.
Assist in project reporting and documentation, ensuring accurate data collection.
Contribute to the development of social impact strategies and community development plans.
