Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Associate to join our After Sales Service & Repair team. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently managing and resolving post-purchase service requests within the Media, Entertainment & Telecom sector. You will be responsible for coordinating repairs, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining service records for a variety of consumer electronics and telecommunication devices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product issues, service requests, and warranty claims.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with devices and systems.
- Coordinate with technical repair teams and third-party service providers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service requests, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Process repair requests, manage spare parts inventory, and track service progress.
- Provide feedback to product development and quality assurance teams based on recurring service issues.
- Ensure adherence to company service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction standards.
- Assist in developing and updating service manuals and troubleshooting guides.
