Service Manager - Clinical Research / Contract Research (0-1 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Manager to join our growing team at Veeda Clinical Research in Nagpur. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals with a 12th Pass qualification looking to kickstart a career in the dynamic clinical research industry. The Service Manager will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinical research services, ensuring client satisfaction and efficient project execution. You will work closely with study coordinators, project managers, and other team members to facilitate seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating and managing client requests and service delivery timelines.

Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all services rendered.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding service updates.

Support in tracking project progress and identifying potential service issues.

Learn and adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and company SOPs.

Handle administrative tasks related to service operations.
