Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Back Office Operations professional with 2-3 years of experience and a Diploma to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will support the smooth functioning of our facility management operations by managing administrative tasks, data entry, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of facility management activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and vendor information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of services.
- Manage data entry and ensure the integrity of information in our operational systems.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Assist in procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and tracking invoices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
