Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual/Multilingual Support Specialist with non-voice experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery to our diverse customer base. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of language nuances and a strong analytical background, leveraging their LLM (Language, Literature, and Linguistics) education to interpret and resolve customer queries efficiently. This position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through various non-voice channels (email, chat, social media) in multiple languages.
- Accurately translate and interpret customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring all nuances are captured.
- Analyze customer interactions to identify trends, patterns, and areas for service improvement.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of IndiGo's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating as needed.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and support documentation in multiple languages.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Utilize your LLM expertise to understand linguistic complexities and provide contextually relevant responses.
- Stay updated with airline industry best practices and customer service trends.
