Key Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with existing customers through various non-voice channels (email, chat, in-app messages) to understand their needs and provide timely support.

Identify at-risk customers and implement targeted retention strategies to prevent churn.

Analyze customer feedback and behavior patterns to identify areas for service improvement.

Educate customers on new features, promotions, and benefits to enhance their experience and encourage repeat bookings.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product) to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
