Seeking Collections (0-2 Yrs) for a Corporate

Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with an M.Tech degree and 0-2 years of experience to join our finance team as a Collections Specialist. This role will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our accounts receivable collections processes within the automotive sector. You will work closely with various departments to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments, contributing to the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage outstanding customer accounts, identifying overdue payments.
- Initiate contact with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to collect payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing discrepancies with customers.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure smooth invoicing and payment processes.
- Prepare regular reports on collection status, aging accounts, and recovery rates for management.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce bad debt.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
