We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Analytics / BI Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc. degree and a passion for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions within the live entertainment and events space. You will be instrumental in shaping our data strategy and ensuring robust business intelligence reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across ticketing, event performance, and user engagement.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the live events and entertainment market.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Design and implement data models and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at various levels.
- Stay updated with the latest BI tools and techniques, and recommend improvements to our analytics infrastructure.
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights and recommendations.
