BI Administration - BPO / Call Centre (0-1 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BI Administrator with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, preferably with an M.Tech degree, and a keen interest in data management and business intelligence tools. This role provides an excellent opportunity to kick-start a career in BI within a dynamic BPO/Call Centre environment, contributing to the optimization of our operational data and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of Business Intelligence (BI) platforms and tools.
- Support the creation, modification, and execution of standard reports and dashboards.
- Help troubleshoot data integrity issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Participate in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes under guidance.
- Learn and apply BI best practices for data governance and security.
- Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs and provide basic support.
- Assist in documentation of BI processes, data dictionaries, and system configurations.
- Gain exposure to various BI technologies and contribute to minor development tasks as needed.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in data reporting and analysis.
