Recruiting for Non Tech Support - Voice / Blended - Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences Team (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Non-Technical Support professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial in providing excellent voice and blended support services within our Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences division. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist our clients and internal stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to non-technical aspects of our pharmaceutical products and services.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product usage, order status, general inquiries, and troubleshooting basic issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or subject matter experts while maintaining ownership until resolution.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the management.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.
- Continuously learn about new products, services, and support processes.
