Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Service professional with a unique design thinking perspective to join our Bangalore team. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and a seamless experience with our legal services. You will be the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and contributing to a positive client journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information regarding legal services, case status, and firm policies.
Leverage design thinking principles to understand client needs, anticipate potential issues, and proactively offer solutions that enhance their service experience.
Document all client interactions, feedback, and issues accurately in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and usability for reporting and service improvement.
Collaborate with legal teams and other departments to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a coordinated approach to client satisfaction.
Proactively identify opportunities for service improvement by analyzing client feedback and service trends, and contribute to the development of new client support strategies.
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our services and support channels.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions, reflecting the firm's commitment to excellence.
