We are looking for a motivated and customer-centric Technical Support Executive to join our team in Vadodara. In this role, you will be responsible for providing voice and blended technical support to our customers, resolving their queries and issues efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1-3 years of experience who are looking to grow their careers in the power sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to customer calls and provide technical assistance for power-related queries and issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems faced by customers, including billing, service disruptions, and meter readings.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and ensure timely resolution of their concerns.
Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
