Immediate Hire: Service Delivery Associate (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Delivery Associate with 2-4 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. The Service Delivery Associate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services to our clients within the infrastructure, transport, and real estate sectors. This role requires a strong understanding of IT service management principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet agreed-upon service levels (SLAs) and client expectations.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve service disruptions promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service delivery processes, incidents, and resolutions.
• Participate in service review meetings with clients to discuss performance, identify areas for improvement, and gather feedback.
• Assist in the development and implementation of service improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices in service delivery.
