Guest Services (M.Sc Required) - Delhi

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-centric Guest Services professional with 3-4 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree to manage and enhance the visitor experience at our Delhi corporate office. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for all guests, clients, and stakeholders, upholding Raymond's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner, providing a positive first impression.
- Manage visitor registrations, issue passes, and maintain visitor logs accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient handling of guest needs.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information about the company, its facilities, and services.
- Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring readiness for scheduled appointments, including audio-visual equipment checks.
- Oversee the reception area, maintaining its tidiness, organization, and professional appearance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services efficiently.
- Assist with event coordination and logistics for internal and external meetings.
- Maintain a database of guest information and preferences for personalized service.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by guests to ensure their satisfaction.
- Support administrative tasks as required, leveraging M.Sc-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
