Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of telecom services to our enterprise clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle for assigned clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Proactively monitor service performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Network Operations, Engineering, and Customer Support to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as their primary point of contact for service-related matters.
- Prepare and present regular service performance reports to clients and internal management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service delivery framework.
- Manage service transition for new clients and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
