Service Delivery Leader (B.A Required) - Pune

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Delivery Leader with 1-2 years of experience, ideally holding a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, to join our team in Pune. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services within our power sector operations. You will be responsible for managing service level agreements (SLAs), coordinating with various teams, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage service delivery processes to ensure alignment with established SLAs and operational targets.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding service delivery.
- Coordinate with technical, operational, and support teams to resolve service issues and implement improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on service performance, identifying trends and areas for enhancement.
- Assist in the development and refinement of service delivery protocols and best practices.
- Support the management of customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the service delivery function.
- Handle administrative tasks related to service delivery, including documentation and record-keeping.
