Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Onboarding Specialist. In this non-voice role, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to our services. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent B.Sc graduate to kickstart their career in a dynamic MNC environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist new customers in completing the necessary documentation and setup procedures for their accounts.
- Provide clear and concise guidance on product features and service offerings through written communication channels (email, chat).
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer queries and issues related to onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and onboarding progress.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data privacy and security.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer onboarding experience.
