Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences to join our Operations team. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing various operational processes within our iron and steel manufacturing environment, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and understanding of regulated processes from their M.Pharma background to contribute to our operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities, focusing on process improvement and efficiency gains.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, quality assurance, logistics) to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational processes.
Manage inventory and supply chain aspects relevant to operational needs.
Prepare reports on operational performance and present findings to management.
Apply M.Pharma knowledge to ensure rigorous process control and quality assurance in an industrial setting.
