Recruiting for Team Leader - Education Operations

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee our Education Operations team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of educational processes and a proven ability to manage and mentor a team, ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 5-7 educational operations associates, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
• Ensure efficient execution of daily operational tasks related to student onboarding, query resolution, and program delivery.
• Monitor team performance against key metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., academics, technology, sales) to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports on team performance, operational efficiency, and customer feedback.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting collaboration and continuous learning.
