Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and communication-savvy Email Support Specialist with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our team in Jaipur. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, providing technical assistance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and excellent written communication skills, leveraging your design background to interpret and convey complex information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally, addressing technical queries and issues related to our electronic components and semiconductor products.

Analyze customer problems and provide clear, concise, and accurate solutions, utilizing your understanding of product specifications and design principles.

Escalate complex issues to relevant technical teams, providing detailed documentation and context.

Maintain customer records and update support tickets accurately within the CRM system.

Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating FAQs and support documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, sales) to resolve customer issues and improve product usability.

Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries to suggest improvements in product design or support processes.
