We are looking for a dedicated and customer-centric Chat Support Executive with 2-4 years of experience, ideally holding a B.Com degree, to join our growing team in Chandigarh. As a Chat Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective assistance through our chat channels. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via live chat in a prompt and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, returns, and other customer-related queries.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain data privacy and confidentiality.
Contribute to team goals and support colleagues as needed.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
