You will be instrumental in ensuring our restaurant partners maximize their benefits from our platform and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard new restaurant partners, guiding them through the EazyDiner platform setup and features.
Proactively engage with existing partners to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals.
Provide training and support to restaurant staff on using EazyDiner's tools and services effectively.
Monitor partner account health and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Address partner inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Gather feedback from partners to identify areas for product and service improvement.
Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and account status in the CRM system.
