Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account / Relationship Manager with a non-voice background to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a Diploma, with a proven ability to manage client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive account growth within the professional services sector. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and ensuring Wipro delivers exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services.
- Manage client communication, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries and concerns through email and other non-voice channels.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance it.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, delivery, technical) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present regular account reviews and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve client issues and escalations efficiently and effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Wipro's service offerings to provide relevant solutions.
