Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our healthcare team in Kochi. You will support the Nurse Unit Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, and managing nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, organizing, and directing of nursing care within the unit.
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and patient care standards.
- Participate in the development and implementation of nursing care plans.
- Monitor patient outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage unit resources, including staffing and supplies, to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Respond to emergencies and manage critical situations effectively.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the unit.
