Banquet Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banquet Manager with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree and 6 years of experience to oversee and manage all aspects of corporate banquets and events at our Chandigarh facility. The ideal candidate will leverage their design background to create aesthetically pleasing and functional event spaces, ensuring seamless execution from conceptualization to completion. This role requires a blend of creative vision, operational excellence, and strong client-facing skills to deliver memorable experiences for our employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and execute a variety of corporate banquets, conferences, and special events, ensuring alignment with company branding and objectives.
- Develop event layouts, décor concepts, and thematic elements, utilizing B.Des principles to optimize space utilization and visual appeal.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with catering services, audiovisual teams, and other event suppliers to ensure flawless execution.
- Oversee on-site event setup, management, and breakdown, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
- Conduct pre-event meetings with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide design-led solutions.
- Manage guest experience, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and maintenance.
- Develop and implement event planning checklists and timelines to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Analyze post-event feedback and performance to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future events.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in event design, hospitality, and corporate events.
