Sales Manager - Hotels & Restaurants Sector (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of our hotel properties. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and have a knack for sales, with a qualification beyond graduation not being a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the assigned territory and market segments.
- Identify and solicit new corporate business, focusing on MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and other corporate segments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site inspections to showcase hotel facilities and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales collateral.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the overall team objectives.
