Recruiting for Debt Recovery Agent - Power Team (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and experienced Debt Recovery Agent with 3-4 years of experience and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to join our Power team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding debts, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of dues for Adani Power Limited. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of debt recovery processes within the Indian corporate landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate and manage the debt recovery process for outstanding customer accounts.

Contact debtors via phone, email, and in-person visits to discuss outstanding payments.

Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with debtors, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities and customer interactions.

Analyze debtor accounts to identify trends and potential recovery risks.

Prepare regular reports on collection performance for management review.

Collaborate with legal and finance departments on escalated cases.

Stay updated on relevant debt recovery laws and regulations in India.
