Bartender

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in Ludhiana. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to clients, guests, and staff during company events, client meetings, and internal gatherings. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a friendly, professional demeanor. This position is suitable for Any Graduate with 6 years of experience in bartending.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, according to established recipes and standards.

Engage with guests, take beverage orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on preferences.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.

Monitor inventory levels of beverages, garnishes, and supplies, and report any shortages to management.

Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Handle cash and process payments accurately.

Develop new and creative drink recipes to enhance the beverage menu.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
