Bell Boy / Porter

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and customer-oriented Bell Boy / Porter with a postgraduate degree to join our team in Kochi. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service to our visitors and employees within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the movement of goods, equipment, and supporting various logistical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with luggage, packages, and other items as needed.
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment between different departments and work areas within the plant.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, lobbies, and designated storage spaces.
- Provide information and directions to visitors within the facility.
- Support with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture and equipment.
- Handle deliveries and dispatches, ensuring accurate documentation and timely transfer.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing duties.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.
