Bell Captain

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bell Captain with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and 3-6 years of experience to oversee the efficient and safe handling of all guest-related services and luggage within our corporate facilities in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a commitment to providing exceptional service, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all visitors and employees. This role requires a unique blend of operational management and a scientific understanding, possibly related to our water treatment processes or environmental compliance, to ensure all guest interactions align with our corporate standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of bell staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and operational procedures.
- Manage the efficient and secure handling of all incoming and outgoing guest luggage, packages, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., reception, security, facilities management) to ensure smooth guest transitions and address any special requests or needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area, luggage storage, and other designated guest service zones.
- Implement and enforce safety and security protocols for luggage handling and guest movement within the premises.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, providing information about facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist with guest transportation arrangements, including coordinating with taxi services or internal transport.
- Maintain accurate records of luggage, deliveries, and guest services provided.
- Utilize a scientific approach to problem-solving and process improvement within the bell captain operations, potentially leveraging M.Sc. knowledge for efficiency or safety enhancements.
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect the company's commitment to professionalism, environmental responsibility, and high service standards.
