Immediate Hire: Release Manager (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Release Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. The Release Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the release process of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end release process for finished pharmaceutical products, ensuring timely delivery.
• Review and approve batch records, ensuring all quality control checks and documentation are complete and accurate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Production, and Supply Chain, to resolve any deviations or issues affecting product release.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Maintain accurate and organized records related to product release activities.
• Assist in audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
