Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team in Nasik. This role is crucial for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our logistics services. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with a 12th Pass qualification and 5 years of experience to contribute to a leading logistics company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and generate new leads for our courier and logistics services within the assigned territory (Nasik).
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new market trends and business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track sales performance and report regularly to management.
