Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Captain / Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our corporate dining facilities. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with a proven ability to lead a team and ensure exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our food and beverage services for our employees and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and service delivery.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of service staff to ensure high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage food and beverage service, ensuring quality, presentation, and timely delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in menu planning, cost control, and budget management.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
