Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, adhering to recipes and quality standards.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including brewing stations, counters, and seating areas.

Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report low stock levels.

Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, ensuring proper cleaning and functionality.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer concerns or feedback promptly.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
