Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the household and personal affairs of senior executives with complete discretion.

Coordinate and oversee domestic staff, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.

Plan and execute high-level events, meetings, and travel arrangements, often involving international guests.

Apply research and analytical skills to optimize household management, inventory control, and budget adherence.

Anticipate needs and provide proactive support to executives and the design team, ensuring seamless workflow.

Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.

Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
