Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Manager with 1-2 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our dynamic team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, driving traffic, and enhancing customer experience to achieve sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce platforms, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain product listings on various eCommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy of descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Analyze eCommerce performance metrics, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of eCommerce operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns.
